YUM YUM SALAD
Joy Demarest - Lindenwold

3 oz raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups water
3 oz cream cheese softened
1 banana
1/2 cup green grapes (cut in half)
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Mix boiling water and gelatin. Let stand until soft (or set). Blend in cream cheese well, then fold in rest of ingredients. Serves six to eight people.
