DISAPPEARING BROCCOLI DIP

2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bar Velveeta cheese
1 - 2 cans chopped B&B Mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 large bags of Fritos

Boil and drain broccoli. Cook soup; add butter and cheese and melt over low heat. Add mushrooms and broccoli. Serve warm with Fritos.
