MEXICAN FRUITCAKE

Cake
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Frosting
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13" x 9" pan with margarine. Combine cake ingredients and pour in pan. Bake 35-45 minutes until it tests done. Combine frosting ingredients and frost while cake is hot.
