KRAUT BURGERS

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans shredded sauerkraut, drained
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 box hot roll mix

Preheat oven to 300-325 degrees. In a skillet, cook ground beef until done and drain fat. Add sauerkraut, garlic salt and oregano. Cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes. Prepare hot roll mix as directed. Roll our dough onto floured surface about 1/4Ó thick and cut into triangle shapes. Add 2 heaping tsp. of kraut mix in center, overlap all corners, place on cookie sheet and bake until light golden.
