15 of South Jersey’s finest cooks squared off in hopes of becoming this year’s culinary king!
They’re bold. They’re fearless. And they have very sharp knives. The 15 premier South Jersey chefs we invited to compete in this year’s South Jersey’s Top Chef challenge will hold nothing back as they vie for the title of best in the region.
Last year, Nunzio Patruno of Collingswood’s Nunzio Ristorante Rustico narrowly defeated The Chophouse’s Markese Beverly—and Beverly is back this year and hungry for a rematch.
The diverse, talented group of challengers won’t make it easy, as they make their way through seven rounds of recipe face-offs, culminating in a two-chef cookoff in November.
In September, we're down to six challengers!
We encourage you to visit the restaurants, try the dishes, check out the recipes online--even try making them yourself at home, and then vote for your favorite!
