42  Total badges that the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey are adding for girls to manage their leadership experiences.

$10  New minimum wage for New Jersey employees, which is up from the previous $8.85 an hour and expected to increase to $15 by 2024.
 
$125,103  Amount that seven ShopRites in Camden and Gloucester counties raised for the National Brain Tumor Society during their “round-up” event in May.
 
$503,399  Amount awarded to STEM programs at Rowan University and the Spreadsheet Lab Manual in South Jersey by the National Science Foundation.
 
$1,000  Amount donated by members of the Mount Laurel Area Women’s Club to Camp Firefly, which helps children who are grieving the loss of a family member.
 
183  Number of patients forced to evacuate The Pines at Voorhees Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center due to defective air conditioning during last month’s heat wave.
 
$3.8 Million  Budget for NJ Transit starting in 2020, which will be used toward training/hiring engineers, funding transit to the American Dream megamall, new buses and rail cars and other infrastructure improvements.
 
$3,525  Total donation amount the Knights of Columbus Council presented to Camp Sun ‘N Fun and the Cherry Hill Food Pantry.
 
330  Feet of new water main installed in Haddonfield with final restorations scheduled to be complete in the fall.
