Flyer Arrested for DUI The Philadelphia Flyers Donald Brashear has been charged with drunken driving. He was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after being pulled over by the police on the White Horse Pike.

Police say he was seen swerving as he was driving his ford pickup truck. He refused to take a breathalyzer test.

He is scheduled to appear in Waterford Township Municipal Court on January 8 to face charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.

Local authorities stopped Brashear around 3 a.m. Friday after seeing him pull his 2002 Ford pickup out of a shopping center parking lot and begin swerving.

Brashear, 31, left the municipal jail about two hours after his arrest, police said.

First-time DUI offenders in New Jersey face up to 30 days in jail, a one-year driver's license suspension, 12 hours of alcohol counseling and $750 in fines.
