Flyer Arrested for DUI

Police say he was seen swerving as he was driving his ford pickup truck. He refused to take a breathalyzer test.
He is scheduled to appear in Waterford Township Municipal Court on January 8 to face charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.
Local authorities stopped Brashear around 3 a.m. Friday after seeing him pull his 2002 Ford pickup out of a shopping center parking lot and begin swerving.
Brashear, 31, left the municipal jail about two hours after his arrest, police said.
First-time DUI offenders in New Jersey face up to 30 days in jail, a one-year driver's license suspension, 12 hours of alcohol counseling and $750 in fines.
