Bailed Nun`s Killer Accused of Burglary Edward Chincillo admitted he was on crack when he was driving a car that killed Sister Peg, a Camden nun, last December.

He got out of jail on a $250,000 bail after the first charge. According to police earlier this week, he broke into a friend's house, stole his wallet and used his credit card to go shopping.

He had been living in a mobile home in Foster City. Chinchillo used the stolen card to buy a diamond ring which he gave to a woman he has been living with.

It's been one year almost to the day since the head-on car crash that killed the popular Sister Peg in Camden.

Police say he admitted he lost control while steering with his legs while passing a crack pipe with his leg. For now Chincillo is back in jail on a $50,000 bail. As for the woman he bought the jewelry for she is also charged but out on a lesser bond.
