Road Rage Puts Woman In Hospital A case of road rage between three women landed one of them in a hospital. Police said two women hit another one in the head after she allegedly cut them off in a shopping mall parking lot in Hamilton Township, N.J.

Investigators said the confrontation began with a disagreement in that parking lot and then carried over to the other side of the street at Consumer Square Shopping Center.

The victim, Andrea Havrilchak, said she was brutally attacked Sunday outside her car after an exchange of words with the two women. She suffered a concussion and her wound required five stitches. She was treated and released.

"I must have cut her off, and I did not do it on purpose," Havrilchak said.

Police have identified the two alleged attackers as Nakia Harewood, of Chester, Pa., and Shawn Johnson, of Atlantic City, N.J. Harewood was charged with aggravated assault. Johnson was charged with simple assault.

As Havrilchak tried to find a phone to call 911, she said one of the women struck her in the head with The Club, a car security device. Havrilchak said he was she was kicked and punched, as well.

"I didn't expect two women to beat me up and beat me with The Club on my head," Havrilchak said.

Havrilchak said that the women sped off after the attack, but authorities tracked them down and arrested them.

"I didn't expect someone to beat me up like that. It doesn't give me much faith in humanity any more," Havrilchak said.
