Fla. Abduction Puts Spotlight on NJ The abduction of a Florida girl has put the spotlight on a series of attempted abductions in New Jersey.

A man's description from a recent attempted abduction (pictured, right) is being added to a list of sketches of people wanted for six attempted abductions in Camden County since last December.

Camden County Prosecutor Vince Sarubbi has called for a public safety forum after seeing the dramatic abduction of an 11-year-old girl caught on tape in Florida.

"We're concerned that that kind of a thing could happen down in the southern end of the county," Sarubbi said. "We want to take this opportunity to try to educate parents on how they can protect themselves and their children against these kinds of predators."

Investigators said it is the first time they've tried to be proactive in these types of cases.
