Gruesome Crime in Camden

Now, police have arrested and charged Edward Wilson, 42, with the murder of Hopeton Hudson, 33.
In court Monday, Assistant Camden County Prosecutor James Conley gave his version of what happened. He said Wilson had gotten into an argument early Sunday morning with Hudson at Hudson's home on Alabama Road. During the argument, Wilson allegedly stabbed Hudson to death with a broken bottle and a knife.
"The defendant's shirt was found at the scene blood-soaked. He has admitted that (is), in fact, his shirt. His pants were located at another location where he indicated that they were. They were also blood-soaked," Conley said.
Wilson defiantly denied Conley's version of the story during the court proceedings.
"I'd like to say that that is not exactly what happened," Wilson told the judge.
As he was being led out of the courtroom, Wilson shouted profanities at Conley.
Wilson is being held on $500,000 bail.
