School Bus Service Will Continue

School bus service will continue in Monroe Township, the school board there decided Wednesday night.

The board voted not to cut bus service for students who live less than 2½ miles from school.

Despite the decision, some parents are not happy about how the board handled the issue before Wednesday night.

Parents have been angry all week about the plans to cut the bus service. They argued some kids would have been forced to cross busy roads or walk through woods to get to school.
