Girl Falls Out of School Bus

Police in Camden are investigating an accident involving a student who fell out of a school bus.

The accident took place Tuesday at Mt. Ephraim and Division streets. The bus was taking students home from Pennsauken Vo-Tech.

Witnesses say the kids on the bus got disruptive and that is when a 17-year old girl fell out of the emergency door in the back of the bus and the bus kept going.

The unidentified girl hit her head on the ground and suffered serious head injuries. She was taken to Cooper Trauma Unit.

Authorities are examining the bus and police are interviewing the bus driver.
