SJ Fugitive Nabbed After 27 Years

A fugitive from justice was nabbed by the FBI. A fugitive who claimed he was a member of the popular doo wop group- Sha Na Na. Fifty- five year old Elmer Edward Solly, has been on the lamb for 27 years, escaping from custody in 1974. He was serving a sentence for the murder of a small child in Runnemede, New Jersey.
