California Tortilla
 is planning a restaurant expansion in New Jersey, opening 20 restaurants throughout the state, including one in Cherry Hill. 

Gloucester Premium Outlets is adding three stores this fall−Fanatics by LIDS, The Children’s Place and UGG.
 
Columbia Care’s medical marijuana facility is currently under construction at a former industrial building in Vineland, at 1560 North West Blvd. The second part of the company’s plan is to open a pharmacy on Delsea Drive.
 
Collingswood approved a $10.8 million contract for construction on a three-story public safety building to be shared by the police department and fire company. The building is expected to be built on the 400 block of Haddon Avenue.
 
Construction equipment company Diamond Tool is taking over the former Aldi grocery store on Route 130 in Edgewater Park. The company will rent, sell and service construction tools and equipment.
 
Rose Commercial Real Estate represented Relievus Pain Management in the signing of a long-term lease of a 4,163-square-foot medical office located at 3100 Hingston Ave. in Egg Harbor Township.
 
Markeim Chalmers represented DTLR/Villa, a lifestyle retailer, in its relocation from Philadelphia to South Jersey in the signing of a long-term lease of a 4,275-square-foot space at 30 Washington Ave. in Haddonfield.
 
Wolf Commercial Real Estate represented Unibet Interactive, an online gambling company, in the leasing of a 4,222-square-foot office space at Woodland Falls Corporate Center in Cherry Hill.
 
Vantage Real Estate represented the following businesses in recent transactions:
• Chef Crafted Kitchen in the signing of a long-term lease at Cooper Corner Shopping Center located at the intersection of Kresson-Gibbsboro and Cooper roads in Voorhees. Chef Crafted Kitchen is an elevated prepared food store inspired by Napa Valley, California.
• L&L Health Spa in the signing of a long-term lease of a 2,272-square-foot space at 105 Fairway Terrace in Mount Laurel.
• Miracle-Ear in the signing of a lease to move its Moorestown operations to Larchmont Commons, located at 3105-3117 Route 38 W. in Mount Laurel
 
NAI Mertz recently completed a 27,000-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of MasTec Network Solutions in Honolulu, Hawaii. Fred Meyer, SIOR, executive vice president and director of brokerage and corporate services, represented the tenant in this transaction.
• Miller Electric Mfg LLC in the signing of a long-term lease of a 6,580-square-foot space at Cooper Center in Pennsauken. The welding and cutting equipment manufacturing company plans to offer high-tech training to welding sales professionals.
• iGroom, a luxury and pet beauty and health company, in the signing of a long-term lease of a 3,040-square-foot space at Cooper West in Pennsauken.
