Reward Goes Up in Szumski Case There is a new development in the case of the missing woman from Cinnaminson, New Jersey.

36-year-old Kimberly Szumski disappeared without a trace on May 8th. For the first time, a member of her family has focused attention on her husband.

Jerry McCool/missing woman`s brother: "I think there is one person who knows where my sister is. and that one person is Thomas Szumski, the husband." Those are the strongest words yet, by the man whose sister disappeared two months ago.

36-year-old Kimberly Szumski turned up missing on May 8th, she was last seen leaving her Cinnaminson home wearing workout clothes. Tuesday, her brother Jerry McCool announced that a $15,000 reward is now being offered for information on her whereabouts. He also pointed an accusatory finger at her husband, Thomas Szumski.

Jerry McCool/missing woman`s brother: "I believe if he couldn`t have her, nobody could have her."

McCool says he can no longer ignore the fact that his sister was, in his words, trying to get out of a marriage in the worst way, with a man who McCool believes is now being uncooperative with investigators.

Jerry McCool/missing woman`s brother: "I told them, a week before this, `This has to end. One of you is going to kill each other.` Hopefully it didn`t come down to this."

Szumski`s attorney says his client denies any involvement in his wife`s disappearance, and adds that Szumski allowed investigators to search his home early on in the investigation. To this day, Szumski has been charged with no crime.

If McCool is trying to say Thomas Szumski is a murderer: Eric Spevak/attorney: "Based on my knowledge of what my client has indicated, that he certainly denies that, and he denies knowing where Kimberly`s whereabouts are."

Action News tried to talk to Thomas Szumski himself, but was unsuccessful. He, along with his two children, is apparently staying with relatives in Philadelphia.

Kimberly Szumski is still considered a missing person, but authorities are now acting on the assumption, that she has been murdered.

Jerry McCool/missing woman`s brother: "I`m living in hell right now, this is torture, I don`t wish this on nobody."
