SURF POUND LEHIGH 15-3

Atlantic City – Home runs by Emison Soto, Danny Perez and Tim Dockery were more than enough to power the Atlantic City Surf past the Lehigh Valley Diamonds 15-3 Tuesday night at The Sandcastle.

Surf pitcher Sam Ali pitched a complete game for the win, giving up three runs on 11 hits and eight K`s. Lehigh shortstop Vic Gutierrez hit a homer in the first inning, but that was the only time they led in the game.

Atlantic City plays Bridgeport tomorrow at 7:05, when Surf player/coach Mitch “Wild Thing” Williams will be the starting pitcher.
