NJ Brothers Face Weapons Charges PAULSBORO, NJ - April 2, 2002 — Twin brothers, Gerald and John Hubbs Junior, have been charged with possessing ammunition, grenades and other explosive devices.

The charges stem from police searching their home in Paulsboro, New Jersey on January 2nd.

Their mother, Ethel Hubbs, has been missing for a year, and lawmen suspect that the 52-year-old twin brothers buried their mother, while continuing to cash her Social Security checks and obtain prescription drugs in her name.
