Hit Man Testifies Another hitman is on the stand at the murder-for-hire retrial of New Jersey rabbi Fred Neulander.

Paul Daniels testified Friday that his accomplice poured thousands of dollars on his head in the days before the rabbi's wife was killed in 1994.

Daniels described how he and Len Jenoff went to Neulander's home in Cherry Hill, N.J., Daniels admitted hitting Carol Neulander twice with a metal pipe to make sure she was dead.

During cross-examination, the defense got Daniels to agree that his only information about the murder-for-hire plot came from Jenoff.

Daniels has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and robbery. He'll be sentenced after the trial.

Jenoff has testified that the rabbi offered him and his accomplice $30,000 to kill Neulander's wife.

Neulander is accused of plotting his wife Carol's murder in 1994 so that he could continue an affair with Philadelphia radio personality Elaine Soncini.
