Lamberti`s Cucina
Decorated in a modern, Italian/Mediterranean fashion, this immaculate restaurant offered exceptional service and a relaxing atmosphere that proved to be an ideal setting for a terrific, flavorful Italian meal.
My husband Rich accompanied me on my wonderful culinary journey. Everything on the menu was so tempting, it was hard to decide what we should order.
Rich begin his meal with the Calamari Dorati ($5.95), a large portion of lightly fried calamari served with a tangy marinara sauce. He enjoyed it immensely. I began with Formaggio Diavolo ($4.95), which was a combination of mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers. It was a great start to a delicious dinner.
With our main meal, we both enjoyed fresh salads and warm bread with a side of olive oil for dipping. Rich tried one of Lamberti`s Cucina`s specials: Shrimp and Veal Capri ($14.95). Dipped in egg, sautéed in butter, lemon, and white wine, and topped with mozzarella, he said it was an extraordinary blend of flavors. I ordered a simpler meal of stuffed shells ($9.50) with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. This is one of the most popular dishes I make at home so I was anxious to have someone make it for me for a change. What a delectable treat! In addition to an enticing variety of pasta and veal dishes, Lamberti`s Cucina also serves wonderful chicken and seafood specialties.
If you want excellent food and fine service, try Lamberti`s Cucina. Catering and take out are also available.
