Red Hot & Blue

Want to listen to the Blues or just chase them away? You can do both with a trip to Red Hot & Blue, adjacent to the Holiday Inn on Route 70 in Cherry Hill.

Billed as a "Memphis Pit Bar-B-Que," Red Hot & Blue delivers tremendous food in a fun, friendly atmosphere. With Blues music in the background, and music memorabilia on the walls, it was easy for my husband and I to get distracted when we first arrived. Once we got to the menu, we became easily distracted again - this time with thoughts of wonderful bar-b-que meals.

I began my evening feast with a personal size order of tasty Red Hot & Blue Nachos ($3.99) which I shared with my husband. He began with a tempting cup of Smokehouse Chili ($2.99). We then quickly moved on to our main entrees. I had the Beef Brisket Platter ($7.99) which was delicious with their tangy Mojo Mild bar-b-que sauce. My husband had the Delta Double Platter ($9.99), which came with his choice of two smoked meats. He chose the delectable ribs and pulled pig. He also enjoyed a side order of Memphis Fries ($1.49), which he said complemented his meal fantastically. Both of our entrees were served with rolls, bar-b-que beans and cole slaw. We both agreed that everything was absolutely delicious. But it got even better when it came time to choose dessert. There were many incredible options, but we decided to share their awesome Peanut Butter Silk pie ($3.25). We didn`t regret one single calorie.

Stop in Red Hot & Blue soon to enjoy their great Summer Splash Specials or to listen to one of the live bands performing Friday and Saturday nights. Families should take advantage of the fact that kids eat free every Sunday and Thursday. Carry-out, catering, and banquet rooms are available.

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. Friday: 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.. Saturday: 11 a.m. - Midnight Sunday: Noon - 10 p.m.
