Police Arrest Suspected Rapist Trenton police arrested a suspect Friday in a series of rapes.

Several victims have been lured from bus stops and attacked in Calwalader Park.

Police said they took Ryan Rose, 35, into custody early Friday morning and said they think he is the man responsible for the attacks.

Fundamental police work led to Rose's arrest, police said.

"I looked at our database in terms of photographs and descriptions and came up with a list of subjects that they were able to present to the victims," said Joseph Santiago, the Trenton police director.

As of Thursday night, four of the five alleged victims identified Rose as the person who raped them.

There is a sense of release all over the city, especially at bus stops and train stations where over the past year, four women were coerced into entering a car and were then sexually assaulted.

Rose is facing four charges of rape and he is being held in jail on $4 million cash bail.
