Voorhees Auto Dealer Charged The owner of an Internet auto auction has been indicted on fraud charges for allegedly failing to provide luxury cars he advertised and sold on his Web site.

Authorities said Melvin Shaw, of Voorhees, N.J., cheated 30 people out of a total of $500,000.

Shaw is the owner of the South Philadelphia-based Philly Motor Sport. He's accused of receiving checks from winning bidders, then failing to deliver vehicles as promised.

Shaw has been indicted on 10 counts of wire fraud and four counts of mail fraud. He was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in April for allegedly conducting fraudulent sales with about six people.
