BARBECUE STUFFED CRABS Stan Chorzelewski - Bellmawr
6 med. blueclaw crabs 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs 2 medium eggs 1 celery stalk, diced 1/4 green pepper, diced 4 green onions (lower part only, chopped) 4 tbsp sweet condensed milk salt and pepper to taste Rodes Spice
Clean crabs, remove all meat (save upper shell to stuff). Mix bread crumbs, eggs, celery, green pepper, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Stuff crab shells with mixture. Sprinkle lightly with RodOs Spice. Wrap individually in aluminum foil. Barbecue 15 minutes over medium heat. Let stand five minutes before eating.
