1 10-oz pkg frozen Brussels sprouts 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp sugar (optional) 1 tsp celery seed 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/8 tsp cayenne 2 cups shredded cabbage 1/2 cup minced onion
Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions; drain and coarsely chop. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar, celery seed, salt, pepper, cayenne. Toss sprouts, cabbage and onion with mayonnaise mixture; chill.
