COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 egg
1/4 cup oatmeal
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 (14 oz.) bottles hot or spicy ketchup
1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly

Combine meat, egg, oatmeal, salt, pepper and soup mix. Form into 1 1/2Ó meatballs. Brown in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Mix jelly and ketchup and heat in large pot to boiling. Add meatballs and simmer at least one hour.
