1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (may use low fat) 1 tsp. onion juice 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg yolk Pinch of salt 36 tiny bread rounds 2 (2 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
Blend together first 5 ingredients. Toast bread on one side and spread untoasted side with ham. Cover with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until they puff up, about 10 to 12 minutes. May be frozen but thaw 1/2 hour before baking.
