6 baking potatoes (pared and thinly sliced) 1 onion (sliced in rings) 1/4 cup liquid (squeeze) butter 4-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Place potatoes in a layer on a square of aluminum foil. Top with onion, salt, pepper and butter. Sprinkle cheese on top. Wrap securely. Grill over hot coals 45-60 minutes.
