CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Barb Luzier - Gibbstown

1 lb raw ground white chicken
2 eggs
4 slices white bread (moistened and squeezed dry)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp dried basil
3/4 cup Italian spaghetti cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Oil for frying

Combine first seven ingredients. Mix together well. Shape into balls the size of a quarter. Fry in a frying pan until brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
