SHORTCUT COLESLAW

1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp dry celery seed (optional)
1/2 tsp pepper
2 16-oz bags coleslaw mix

In bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Add coleslaw mix; toss to coat. Cover; chill four hours before serving.
