ARTICHOKE DIP

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and diced
1 cup (4 oz) shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spoon into a 9-inch quiche dish. Bake 20 minutes and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with toasted French bread slices. You can also cook this in the microwave until bubbly.
