AVOCADO and RAISIN DIP Alicia Arwood - Medford Lakes
2 avocados, peeled and chopped 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup raisins 1 tbsp salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 tbsp freshly ground pepper 1/4 cup lime juice
Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1-2/3 cups of dip.
