It is a disorderly persons offense to use or possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia to:
- Plant
- Propagate
- Cultivate
- Grow
- Harvest
- Manufacture
- Compound
- Convert
- Produce
- Process
- Prepare
- Test
- Analyze
- Pack
- Repack
- Store
- Contain
- Conceal
- Ingest
- Inhale
- Or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled dangerous substance or controlled substance analog.
This is a disorderly persons offense punishable by:
- Imprisonment for up to six months;
- A fine of up to $1,000; or
- Both.
