If a driver operates any motor vehicle while their license is properly suspended or revoked, that driver may be guilty of Driving While License is Suspended.

Penalties:

First Offense:

• A fine of $500; and
  
• Loss of driver’s license for up to an additional 6 months.

• A jail sentence of up to 5 days; and
  
• Loss of driver’s license for up to an additional 6 months.

• A jail sentence of up to 10 days; and
  
• Loss of driver’s license for up to an additional 6 months.

• A sentence of 45 days in jail.

• A jail sentence of up to 90 days; and
  
• Loss of driver’s license for an additional 1 to 2 years.
