Teacher Indicted in Stabbing Death Murder charges are filed against a teacher accused of fatally stabbing a woman who threatened to reveal his crack cocaine habit.

Matthew Dailey of Brick, N.J., was also charged with a weapons offense in the indictment handed up last week by a Monmouth County grand jury. He's accused of killing Linda Weed at her Ocean Grove home in August.

Prosecutors say Dailey would give Weed money to buy drugs that they would use in her apartment about once a month. They say the pair were using crack together when they began to argue on the day of the slaying.

Dailey allegedly then attacked Weed when she threatened to talk with officials at Christian Brothers Academy, a Roman Catholic high school in Middletown where he taught Latin.
