School Custodian Steals Drugs Police say a Phillipsburg, N.J., man took prescription medication from the nurse's office at Lopatcong Township Elementary School in Warren County.

Township police charged Brian Marinelli with possession and theft of narcotics. The 43-year-old worked as a custodian at the school when the thefts occurred in 2001.

Marinelli also faces similar charges in Washington Township, where he's accused of taking prescription medications from the Warren Hills Regional High School nurse's office.

Marinelli remains free on recognizance bail, pending an appearance in county court.
