Remains Found in Mt. Laurel A land excavation crew in Burlington County found what appear to be human remains.

The crew made the discovery Tuesday at Fellowship Road and Gaither Drive in Mount Laurel. The crew was putting up a fence at a construction site when they found the remains.

"It was pretty much skeletal, sneakers still on, basically laying on the back, head up," said John Shubert, one of the excavators.

Investigators were called to the scene after the discovery.

The Burlington County prosecutor's office and Mount Laurel police have not yet identified the body.
