Parents Sue Local School

Parents Sue Local School The parents of two girls say the Evesham School District failed to protect the seventh-graders from a year of sexual harassment.

The parents of two students at DeMasi Middle School are seeking unspecified damages in a lawsuit filed this week claiming school officials knew the girls were being harassed but did not stop it.

The suit claims five boys repeatedly harassed the girls during the 2003-2004 school year by calling them names, pulling down their pants, lifting their shirts and inappropriately touching them.
