New Jersey chef Butch Lupinetti "serves no swine before its time."

It's one of the many cooking secrets that helped him win the Best of the West Nugget Cookoff in Sparks, Nev., over the weekend.

Lupinetti owns 'Butch's Smack Your Lips Barbecue' in Mount Laurel.

For winning what he calls the Super Bowl of barbecue, Lupinetti takes home a trophy and $7,500.

Some of his other cooking secrets include New Jersey hickory wood to cook his pork ribs and anchovies mixed into his dry rub and sauce.
