Free Planning Conference For Businesses

Free Planning Conference For Businesses Burlington County health officials are encouraging businesses to take a lead role in preparing for a potential flu pandemic and will hold a free planning conference on Thursday, June 15 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lockheed Martin in Mount Laurel.

The Burlington County Health Department and Office of Emergency Management, the Burlington County College Center for Public Health Preparedness and Lockheed Martin are hosting the conference for County businesses to discuss preparations for a potential flu pandemic.

Conference topics will include an overview of the pandemic threat, health and sanitation steps to minimize the threat, and planning tools to ensure businesses continue to operate through a pandemic.

The conference, open to all Burlington County businesses, will be held at Lockheed Martin’s facility, 770 Centerton Road in Mount Laurel. Seating is limited and reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
