Deborah Heart and Lung Center has announced a new partnership with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University for Deborah’s fellowship programs.

In an effort to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, Cooper University Healthcare is providing patients with a “touchless experience,” allowing patients to check into appointments, pay fees and fill out paperwork through its app. 
 
Virtua Memorial Hospital’s Special Care Nursery has received the gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence from The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. This award recognizes caregivers who utilize a consistent and systematic approach to evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes. 
 
The Deborah Hospital Foundation has received a $1 million donation to Deborah 100: The Campaign. The gift was announced on the hospital’s annual day of giving which was celebrated on its 98th birthday.

Six-year old Lily Cuticchia of Haddon Township donated nearly 1,200 pairs of new socks to patients in Cooper University Healthcare’s emergency department and addiction medicine programs.
