Testimony Concludes in Rabbi Trial

Rabbi Fred Neulander today took back some of yesterday's tesimony.
Neulander said he did not love the woman he was having an affair with at the time of his wife's death in 1994.
During cross-examination, the prosecution pressed Neulander for more than an hour about whether the previous day's testimony was honest.
Jurors also heard from a surprise defense witness who said confessed hitman Len Jenoff told him the rabbi paid him to kill Neulander's wife.
James "Mickey" Rooney testified he and Jenoff discussed how Jenoff could profit from the killing through book or movie deals.
Summations are scheduled for tomorrow before deliberations.
