Vegas Hags Pigskin Picks - Week 10

Vegas Hags Pigskin Picks - Week 10 New York Jets (plus 6) at Miami
These teams always play close, crazy games. No need to stop now.
Dolphins 31 – Jets 27

Seattle (minus 3 1/2) at Buffalo
Are the Bills better without the brittle Rob Johnson? Yes, but not good enough.
Seahawks 20 – Bills 16

Indianapolis (plus 4) at New Orleans
No James, Manning hurt, on the road. Could be ugly.
Saints 27 – Colts 21

Tennessee (minus 2 1/2) at Cincinnati
If these teams want to stay in the hunt, this is a must win game. The Bengals are pretenders.
Ttians 19 – Bengals 13

Cleveland (plus 8 1/2) at Baltimore
Good, tough, ugly game. The Ravens continue to win ugly.
Ravens 16 – Browns 10

Washington (plus 8) at Denver
The Redskins are improving (how could they not?!) and the Broncos are underachieving. Too many points.
Broncos 27 – Redskins 21

Detroit (plus 2 1/2) at Arizona
Yick!!! Somebody has to win this one. Lions get their first.
Lions 28 – Cardinals 24

San Francisco (plus 6 1/2) at Carolina
Carolina could make this a game if they had a QB. They don’t.
49ers 30 – Panthers 20

San Diego (plus 9) at Oakland
The Raiders bounce back and the Chargers get bounced from contention.
Raiders 24 – Chargers 13

Chicago (plus 5 1/2) at Tampa Bay
Are the Bears for real? Are the Bucs this mediocre? This should be a good test – I say the Bears are a mirage.
Bucs 20 – Bears 13

St. Louis (minus 7 1/2) at New England
I’ve heard all about the grass and cold in New England. Sorry, the Pats can’t hang in a snowstorm on a muddy field.
Rams 34 – Patriots 20

Jacksonville (plus 5 1/2) at Pittsburgh
The Jags are an enigma – they look great on paper and in some games and stink up the joint in some games. This will be an ugly dogfight.
Steelers 19 – Jaguars 17

Philadelphia (plus 7) at Dallas
I know Dallas is improved and the Eagles are not as explosive as the Vikings made them look, but after the Arizona loss, Andy will have the troops ready. Ryan Leaf will get pummeled by the Birds’ D.
Eagles 27 – Cowboys 17

Atlanta (plus 10) at Green Bay
Green Bay should be able to blow out the Falcons, but I have a hunch this one stays close for a while.
Packers 26 – Falcons 21

Monday Night
New York Giants (plus 2) at Minnesota
Last year, the Giants crushed and humiliated the Vikings in the NFC championship game. Last week, the Eagles did the same thing to the boys in purple. So it’s easy, right? Giants blow out the Vikings again. Not so fast. The upset pick of the week says the Giants are going nowhere this year and the Vikings continue to be Jeckyl and Hyde. Vikings get some revenge.
Vikings 20 – Giants 17

Record:
Last week – straight up: 10-4, Against the spread: 5-9
Year to Date - straight up: 76-49, Against the spread: 60-65
