Bus Driver Charged with Sex Crimes CAMDEN, NJ - A school bus driver in southern New Jersey is jailed on sex charges involving the children he takes to school.

Bus driver Rodolfo Perez is behind bars in the Camden County jail. He has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated sexual contact, purchasing alcohol for an under-aged person, purchasing cigarettes for minors.

Student Jim Ward says the bus driver did -- from time to time -- offer to give or get liquor for some student passengers on the bus, but he claims the allegations of sexual misconduct are wrong.

Jim Ward/ student: "I think he's a pretty good guy. He shouldn't be in the trouble he is in. And that girl, she's just a liar. She's just making stuff up so she can get her name on TV." "It's a bunch of lies. The girl just said it because she was mad."

Still he claims the allegations that he sexually assaulted the girl on the bus are false
