Campbell `Soup to Go`

by Business News New Jersey | May 5, 2002
Campbell `Soup to Go` Camden's Campbell Soup is trying to boost its flat soup sales with a new product. Soup sales for Campbell have been stagnant, generating $4.5 billion in revenue in 1999, $4.4 billion in 2000 and $4.5 billion in 2001. Campbell will introduce a microwavable soup in a cup called Soup at Hand that can be eaten without a spoon. The idea is to make eating soup as convenient as drinking coffee. Soup at Hand will be available in stores in September.
