Murder in Vineland

Police in southern New Jersey are engaging in an intense search this morning for the killer who stabbed a woman to death in her Vineland apartment.

Investigators say that around 11pm Tuesday the suspect knifed the woman repeatedly. The stabbing occurred inside the woman's apartment, which is in the unit block of West Chestnut Street.

Officials say there are signs of a struggle.

So far, police aren't saying whether they have any suspects and have not released the name of the victim.
