Divers Rescue Fishermen

Longport Fire Department divers rescued two fishermen Sunday who were tossed into the water.

The Clementon residents were returning to shore in a 16-foot aluminum boat when it capsized Sunday.

Another fisherman saw what happened and called for help.

The 42-year-old and 17-year-old were taken to Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point for evaluation. Neither was injured.
