AC Councilwoman`s Son Killed No one is charged yet in the shooting death of Atlantic City Councilwoman Cassandra Clark's son in Delaware.

Richard Johnson III was found bleeding in a Dover apartment complex that houses Delaware State University students on Wednesday.

The 20-year-old was a student at the university last year. He was believed to have been staying with two men who lived there.

Police said that Mark Byrd and Keith Thompson are charged with drug, weapon and conspiracy offenses.

Authorities seized a stolen handgun and a rifle from Byrd's car. They'll conduct tests to see if the weapons are linked to Johnson's killing.
