Man Charged with Murder
Authorities in Atlantic County, N.J. have accused an Easton, Pa. man of fatally shooting his younger sister. James Chipman of Easton, Pa., was charged Monday with murder, tampering with evidence and a weapons offense. He's being held in the county jail on $500,000 bail.
Chipman allegedly shot Roberta Brown on June 9 after they drove to New Jersey and ended up in a rural area of Hamilton Township.
Her body was found in a wooded are four days later after police in nearby Franklin Township learned there was a body in the area and notified Hamilton police.
