Man Charged with Murder

James Chipman of Easton, Pa., was charged Monday with murder, tampering with evidence and a weapons offense. He's being held in the county jail on $500,000 bail.
Chipman allegedly shot Roberta Brown on June 9 after they drove to New Jersey and ended up in a rural area of Hamilton Township.
Her body was found in a wooded are four days later after police in nearby Franklin Township learned there was a body in the area and notified Hamilton police.
