Cop Sues Over Health A Camden police officer diagnosed with Legionnaires' disease is suing the owner and management firm that operates the office building where he works.

Shane Sampson of Berlin claims poor maintenance at the Parkade Building caused him to become ill.

He's seeking unspecified damages in the suit he filed on Friday, but the building's owner say his claims are without merit.

Several areas of the building have tested positive for the bacteria that causes the disease.

But the facility has remained open because authorities do not believe the bacteria poses a health risk.
